This was taken in our front yard at Colton. Judging by the hedge in the front yard, about waist high, the photo must have been taken about 1986. I don't know why I am carrying my duffle bag. We are all fairly well dressed. I don't know the occasion.

The photo is fascinating because Phil (in the picture) closely resembles Jack today. If Jack's beard and hair were more black today, he could be Phil in the Photo. However, in the photo, Jack is much different than Phil. It's amazing how time nuances our physical changes and the family genes move about so subtlely
